Not sure, I just checked and I'm still getting 228, are you using cooked weight for the turkey? I've never made anything with ground turkey, so I wasn't expecting the meatballs to be so loose, but they turned out great. I reduced to 450 for 120 minutes and they were a little over cooked. You could try with ground flaxseed as an egg replacer (mix with some water and let sit first). This may be a dumb question, but what are panko crumbs??
