I just made these today. These are so incredibly flavorful! Gina Homolka is the founder of skinnytaste.com and @skinnytaste. Made with fried brown rice (added brocholi and onion and mushrooms to up veggies). THANKS for another great recipe! They are delicious! This is the first recipe of yours I've tried, it was SO good!
